We have been witnessing our society being plagued by the extreme lawlessness which causes great anxiety and fear among the people of our society . Peace has been robbed of. Everyman, woman and child's rights have been exploited. State's economy has been exploited by the leaders to enrich themselves.

Not a day passes without the reports of torture, harassment and killing of innocent people by the cruel terrorists and ,the protector and guardians of law and order. Will remain silent or rebuild our society?

It is not too late to rebuild our crumbled society. It may sound funny. One may say that it is not impossible to rebuild it amidst the guns and bombs.

But if a task based on unity and honesty is taken up confidently, we can fight for the impossibility to make it possible and rebuilding will be a success. Everyone has a vision of a society where people treat each other with respect and dignity, and a society where peace reigns well. This vision is our mission.

Since the protector of law and order are pouncing upon us by abusing their power instead of protecting our lives from the dangers. people don't have trust in them. People are always in fear of being attacked and pass their lives in great anxiety.

Since we don't have trust in them and the terrorists take full advantage of the rights and freedom of people, we need to work cooperatively with club members of every leikai to stem the mushrooming of the cruel terrorists groups. As we all know that these people take up such job just for money and to construct their own houses.

That's why they don't spare even the lives of women and children. The word 'Club members', I don't mean only a few people. I mean each and every member of every family of every leikai including ema nungshibi meira paibis.

It is a joint venture. We can begin our venture with listing of number of house of every leikai, list the names of each family member and their respective occupations, keeping an eye on those who are sitting idle, give them help to get the small job! .

An effort needs to be made to raise club funds so as to be able to help people get the job or start a small business. We should not forget that respectability lies in how well our work is done. The one who does his work well is more praiseworthy and hence more honorable than a high placed officials who neglect their duties. Don't be a paisa khaiba, huranba and mihatpa.

Follow the good example of migrant workers instead of taking their lives. Don't wait for the govt. jobs too. My dear brothers and sisters of every leikai- sometimes, be generous to your neighbours and your own fellowmen who are needy, instead of spending your money on buying expensive things and enjoying good food all the time.

Remember the famous line given in the bible-'love your neighbor as you love yourself'. Parents of the miscreants need to work cooperatively and honestly with the club members to solve the problem they are facing. Miscreants should not be given heavy corporal punishment, instead brainwash them with the help of mentor or counselor.

Another important thing we need to look in to is the recruitment of commandos. When they are recruited, they are not only given the military training but their mind also needs to be trained properly. They should be reminded of the importance of their duties and responsibilities (as a protector) of law and order.

They should learn how to discipline themselves before joining their duty. Why? because some of them come from the terrorist background and are very rude and impolite. It is just a simple task. My brothers who are sitting on high chairs can train them and lead them to the right path.

Train their mind first because it is our mind only that commands our body to do any task. So, they need to have a healthy and clean mentality. The high placed officials must be well educated persons who (most of them) used to attempt IAS exams and all. Whatever they learnt during the course should be applied to the real life situations.

Please remember my brothers that your own good progress and prosperity alone can not help bring the peace and prosperity to the society. If any deadly incident happens to your own sister, daughter or son, can your respectable position and wealth save the life of your dear ones?

It is your responsibilities and dutifulness (as a citizen) that can help restore peace and bring prosperity in our society. Needless to say, it is the duty of the government to find out the causes of terrorism and remember we are behind you to help.
