I will stand up against the terror in public places,
Against the killing and attempt to murder of innocent public,
Against monetary demand to poor public,
Against cynic, every non believer;
Against the belief that nothing will changed,
Against dark truths and white lies in the development,
Against the law that make courts impotent,
Against the misused of law for the abuse of civil rights,
Against those communal that divides my fellowmen.

And I will do this without fear and shame.
to fight for our ignorance, health problem, poverty and unemployment.
to fight for the safety and the security of the people.
to fight for communal harmony, peace and prosperity.
to fight for economic and social just.
to fight for free zone quality education.

And I swear this for the future of my children.
to save our youths from motiveless malignancy.
to save women and children from economic and social atrocity.
to save our nation from ethnic confrontation and unseen invasion.
Again, I reaffirm my swearing for the betterment of our future.

Please seek financial support from state home department or DIPR for 3 months consecutive publicity and promotional media programme on this theme or verse to all political party, school, colleges, NGOs, clubs and other organisation,

That DIPR/State Home dept. or Ministers should sponsor the front space of leading daily papers/ICTV / state web sites etc.for publication and declaration of the theme or different verses by the NGOs,state leaders, political party, school and collages,health institutes,state celebrities etc. etc. Any media team or all manipur working journalist union can do this project.

Please prepare a plan and budget on safety and security of public. Meet the listed political party, NGOs, School, college principals, student leaders, social workers, celebrities , general public etc. on the theme. Please published the slogan/interview reports on the first page reserved space for them for 3 months.

Budget: Front page space reseved charges for 3 months by leading papers/ ICTV programme/websites travelling allowances by a team of jounalist for 3 months vehicle hiring/ camera/ video recorders charges should be added please submit the proposal to the Chief Minister with justifying the reasons and purposes of the plan.

Please advise the chief minister that the proposal is PM initiative. Chief Minister/state Government can reimburse the amount from Union Government later. I hope the programme will be very effective.
