Take God's Hand

God will help us get back on our feet. We need to be in a place of total dependency upon Him. Sometimes, we have fallen because we made our own decision or action without hearing His counsel. As Prov. 3:5,6 counsels us "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight".
Take courage and stand again
Learn from your mistake
See your fall from God's perspective
Give a sacrifice of praise
If God is not dealing with some areas of your life and applying pressure, that may mean that you are spiritually anemic and ineffective, that you are not moving on with God.
When Jacob persevered through the struggle, God changed his name to Israel (Genesis32:28). His name was changed from deceiver to God's fighter. He was given a change of character, reputation, with a new nature, a new relationship with God. He received a new purpose, a new calling. His life was rescued from the quagmire of repeated deception.
He had a new life message.
As we have a face to face encounter with God, we are transformed. If you are living in the past, you are history. Paul exhorted "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus" (Phillipians 3:13,14).
In order to achieve the goals and purposes God has for our lives, we need to leave the past behind. To forget the past does not mean to erase it from our memory.
Rather, the great word for 'Forget' means to neglect or no longer care for. In other words, our past no longer matters, but looking to Jesus … for our lives. We need to deal issues in our lives like unforgiveness, need to make restitution, character flaws, unresolved issues. God will open the doors, we will no longer be haunted by our past.
There was an artist painting a dipped it in black paint, and swept an ugly black streak across the canvas. The beautiful scene appeared to be ruined. But then be painted all around the streak, in the end making an even more beautiful painting than it was before. This is what God does with the ugly marks of our lives.
To use another analogy, God is the great Chess master. He knows our every move in advance and is able to count it and turn it around for good.
You may have taken detour from God's desire for you in life but He has been with you on the detour and will guide you back to the right path.
Listen to the voice of God and wait on Him to answer, as we enter into this Blessed New year, 2015.
Friends,
God's grace is enough to match any situation we face.
His healing can mend any depth of sickness
His forgiveness can cleanse the darkest sin
His peace is greater than the vilest torment
His joy is higher than the deepest sorrow
His provision can meet any need.
He has enough to supply for everyone
No economic troubles in the world can upset God's Kingdom finances.
God has a plan to solve every problem for you and me
God will give us beauty for ashes,
the oil of gladness for mourning
the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that you might be called Tree of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3).
Grab God's Hand real Tight !
