Delhi based The Kolorbox’s maiden show “Strokes from the East” showcasing artists from Manipur, Assam and Orissa
While art is often thought to be best created in isolation, in solitude and silence, New Delhi based The Kolorbox believes there could be another way of looking it - evolving ideas and art through group interactions, crossing over of the private and the public and sharing inspiration among artists.
The Kolorbox is a result of a motley group of art enthusiast coming together with the common goal of appreciating and promoting art. One can see The Kolorbox not only as a repository of art where the only currency is art but also as a hub for the connoisseurs of art.
The group is putting up its first exhibition titled 'Strokes from the East' at Convention Foyer, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi from 28th June – 30 the June 2013 featuring more than 15 works of three artists from Manipur, Assam and Orissa.
