Position: Team leader E-learning/Graphic Web Designer.

Location: Pune

Job Description:
Work as part of the Creative Services Team to develop flash executions as per the communication objectives of the client/marketing team Work with the various stakeholders on developing sales & marketing executions in flash

Desired Profile Desired Profile/ Education & Experience:

• Ability to work and implement flash based projects single handed or in unison with any team/team members
• Possess strong visualization skills and capable of designing eye-catchy Interfaces/web templates, and ability to design visually compelling layouts
• Proficient in creating interactive presentations, teasers, technically intricate animations, technical illustrations, interactive demos, and intro animations
• Adept in Action Scripting (Action script 2.0/Action scripting 3.0)
• Must be acquainted with e-learning tools and environment
• Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills
• Should be able to exceed customer expectations, meet deadlines and have the ability to work under pressure
• Project Management Experience preferred

• Any graduates or post graduates, preferably graduates in Fine arts with 2 years of experience in graphic designing.
• Should have multiple abilities and be able to handle both designing and Flash Action Scripting tasks
• Expertise in Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Dream weaver, HTML, CSS, Adobe Premier, and Sound Forge
• Knowledge of Illustrator, Corel Draw, Indesign or Quark Express is an added advantage
• Must also be willing to keep up with trends in web design or Flash Interactive Standards

• Excellent communication skills in English speaking, writing and presentation skills
• Application of creative ideas/innovation that adds value to the design brief
• Detail oriented and process focused
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance and pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills that allow for consistently meeting or beating deadlines
• Appreciation of business context of material and ability to quickly pick up domain expertise on technology
• Have knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
• Have 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Be proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
