It is hereby informed to the care taker MSAD, advisors, members of the MSAD executive term 2011-2012, election committee members, volunteers, patrons, members and well wishers of MSAD that;
The scrutiny of the candidatures who had submitted election nomination form to contest election for the MSAD Executive Term 2012-2013 was held yesterday, i.e., 27th October 2012, at the Arts Faculty, University of Delhi.
Vide MSAD Election notification, dated 20 October 2012, Ref: Ref: 20121020 Election/PR, the date of election and oath taking ceremony was scheduled for 28 and 29 October respectively. The polling and election on 28 October stands irrelevant by the scrutiny decision, dated 27 October 2012 that declared the candidates as elected uncontested.
The oath taking ceremony of the newly elected candidates to the MSAD Executive Term 2012-2013 will be held on Wednesday, 31 October 2012, at 4 pm. at the Open Air Theatre ( amphitheatre), University of Delhi. Everyone is requested to assemble at the venue by 3.45 pm.
The parting ceremony of the members of the MSAD Executive Term 2011-2013 will also be held at on the same occasion. Former executive members are requested to kindly attend the ceremony.
