Newak Soccer's Meet 2013 @ Bangalore

On behalf of the North East Welfare Association, Karantaka (Newak) Sports Committee, would like to announce that one of the biggest Sporting Event for entire North East in Bangalore, i.e. NEWAK SOCCER'S MEET 2013 will be held on 7th to 9th September 2013.

Venue: CAR (SOUTH), Police Ground, Adugodi, Bangalore.

Theme: FRIENDSHIP, UNITED WE STAND.

The most exciting part is - there are 8 teams from Manipur participating in the competition.

Request all the Sports lover / Football fans to come and help & encourage.

Rules & Regulations for Newak Soccer's Meet 2013

1. Each team should comprise of 20 (Twenty) players including substitutes, Physiotherapist, coach and manager.
   
   
2. Will play 11 players a side for 15mins 1st half, 3mins break and 15mins 2nd half for the 1st Group matches. 2nd League round (SFG) will 20+20 Mins. And for 3rd place and Final will 1 hour (30+30mins). Tournament on 7th to 9th Sept 2013.
   
   
3. Team admission fee: Rs 3000/-; fee needs to be paid on/before last date.
   
   
4. Entry should be sent on or before 15th August 2013 to any one of the following members.
   
   
5. In case there are more participants then we may play the pool/knockout on 1st September 2013 (Sunday) at the same venue. Confirmation of team acceptance and total no. of team will be announced on 18th August 2013.
   
   
6. Details of the tournament and the fixture will be sent to your email and uploaded on major blogging sites well before the date of the tournament.
   
   
7. Teams should have their own uniformed jersey. Team flag as informed.
   
   
8. Only 4 players can be substituted in each half (player once substituted can also play again in the next half).
   
   
9. To maintain fair play in all matches- YELLOW and RED card will be used by the referee.
   
   
10. Any player booked for a yellow card in a match will be sent off for 3 mins and fine
    
    
11. Any player booked for a yellow card twice in a match will automatically be converted to RED CARD
    
    
12. If any player has got RED CARD then he will be sent off from the match and fine Rs. 200/- from team.
    
    
13. No extra time will be allowed even if the score of the two teams remain the same.
    
    
14. All rounds are arranged as per the no. team and time available.
    
    
15. Penalty shoot out will decide the winner for 3rd place and Winner. League & SFG round will have points system i.e. Winner =2 pts, Loser = 0 pt, Tie = 1 Pt. If points are same then total no. goals will be considered.
    
    
16. Players already enlisted in a team cannot switch to another team, and if anybody is found doing so he will be barred from participating further in the tournament.
    
    
17. Teams must observe utmost discipline and any unsportsmanlike behavior on and off the field will not be tolerated or may disqualify team.
    
    
18. Oath taking or Assembling all players in an opening and closing ceremony.
    
    
19. All matches of the tournament will be supervised by screened and selected referees.
    
    
20. Line referee would be changed as per the availability.
    
    
21. Decisions of the match referee will be the final.
