> o Should have understanding of the marketing strategies, marketing forces and aware of recent development of it.
> o Marketing research, the approach and method should be learnt properly.
> o The sales force management motivation and compensation plan should be > understood.
> o Presentation and written communication skills.
> o Leadership and people management skills.
> o Time management and multi-task abilities.
> o Project management skills.
