Urjit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Manager - Delivery.

Preference will be given to the professional of North - East Origin but not compulsory. The candidate should have worked with similar profile and experince mentioned.

Position: Delivery Manager

Qualification: MBA with Engineering Background Preferred

Experience: Desired Profile should have around 10 years of work experience in software development. Work experience in the US/UK/Canada for minimum 2 years is preferable especially in the capacity of a Project Manager for a period of minimum 3 years of the overall experience.

Job Description

* Responsible for the overall delivery and will act as the single point of contact for all project and program delivery.
* A program typically represents a business unit of the customer
* Responsible for execution of multiple projects.
* Responsible for providing technical solutions.
* Responsible for Requirements gathering, scoping, preparing time & cost estimates, Preparing technical Proposals, Resource Allocation, Technical Performance
* Experience of working at client locations, interacting closely with customer for deliveries, issue resolution, new opportunities. Good awareness across various technologies. Process oriented and proven delivery management capabilities
* Relationship building with customer
* Seasoned professional who is strong on Delivery of Projects
* Worked on Multiple technologies like Java, .NET / J2EE / PHP/ Data warehousing etc.
* 5+ years experience as Project Manager handling key Delivery Initiatives.
* Worked on a onsite offshore business model.
* Knowledge in Understanding and scoping the requirements
* Deep Technical experience, commensurate with team requirements to support entire application including issues, tools upgrade, version upgrades etc.
* Managed multiple concurrent projects at the same time.
* Exposure to project estimation and Planning (SDLC - ISO, SEI, SE Tools).
* Experience in Project cost control & Quality Management.
* Responsible for Target Setting and achievement, Value chain growth Opportunities identification, Customer
* Satisfaction & Relationship Management.
* Should have handled a team of 70 - 150 resources and look into the Job Assignment, Training, career development, performance management, Communication & bonding of team members.

Should have experience in Sales Support activities like Proposals for RFPs, Contracts, Customer Visits and Presentations and Invoicing Operations.
