RaDiant Group bending the norms in Manipur

Never like before, RaDiant Group introduces the culture of the brand ambassador in Manipur. Even though it is a beauty pageant, it is a corporate event which aims to act as a bridge for growing together with society.

Presently, it has become a law to make famous people more famous but we operate differently. So, we plan to do the opposite by hunting new faces to encourage the youth and giving them the chance to prove their worth.

The event is focused on women empowerment and to offer more platforms, which seems to lack in our society, for women who are interested in such concept. Traditionally beauty pageant was judged according to their physical attributes of the contestants but we plan to focus more on their personality traits, intellectuals, and talents. In short, we are searching for “Beauty with Brains”.

The audition was held on 7th Oct 2019 at the Sangai Hall of Hotel Imphal. The judges were Sonia Nepram (Show Director of Face OF RaDiant Group), Siddhant Sharma (Strategy & Planning of RaDaint Group) and Pebam Rakesh (Financial Planner of RaDiant Group). More than 30+ people applied for the audition. They all showcase their flame to counter the judges’ fierce questions.

On 10th Oct 2019, Curtain Raiser event was held. It was to introduce the selected 15 participants and the judges for Grand Finale. Two new schemes have also been introduced. One for RaDiant Fitness known as “Healthy Winter” giving offers for gym, Zumba & cardio enrolment and another for RaDiant E-Ride, making it possible to exchange old two-wheeler with new electric vehicles (T&C applied).

The Grand Finale falls on 13th Oct 2019 at Hotel Imphal. Bony Sharma will be the show stopper and few of the jury members are Bala Hijam, RK Somendro (Kaiku) and Romi Meitei. Later, there will be an entertainment program to make the event more interesting.

The audition and curtain-raiser events were a grand success. We also believe that the Grand finale will create a sensational ending. Thus, lifting the status of brand ambassador.
