CONDOLENCE MEETING
A condolence meeting on the sudden demise of Shri W. Nipamacha Singh, Former Chief Minister of Manipur who expired on the 17th July, 2012 was held on 17th July, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at BJP State Party Head Office, Nityaipat Chuthek, Imphal with Prof. S. Tikendra Singh, State Vice President in the Chair.
The meeting expressed a deep sorrow and grief on the sudden demise of Nipamacha Singh who dedicated and sacrificed for the Society. The meeting took share the shock and grief of his bereaved family, relatives and well wishers. He was Party candidate in the last Lok Sabha Election from Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency.
Shri Nipamacha was Chief Minister of Manipur twice and held Cabinet Minister in-charge of various Ministries. He was also Speaker of the State Assembly. During his tenure as Chief Minister, 5th National Game was held at the State. He implemented the recommendation of 5th Pay Commission to the State employees.
The BJP, Manipur Pradesh paid the last Shradhanjali to Swargiya Nipamacha Singh and also prayed to the Almighty to remain his departed soul in his Heavenly Abode.
