SUMMARY OF JOB SCOPE:
He will be responsible business development, sales generation, and operations of supply and recruitment services in the Oil & Gas upstream and downstream industry in India.
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB:
o He will be responsible in identifying opportunities for growth and market share.
o He will be responsible in market research, strategic lead generation, and business analysis.
o Supervisory responsibilities to lead the sales, research, and recruitment teams.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Related work Experience
o Strong experience in sales and recruitment operations in the Oil and Gas industry in India is preferred.
o Minimum of 8 years experience in sales and recruitment delivery plus established dealings and business relationships with large organizations.
o Thorough and solid background in Oil and Gas upstream and downstream sector processes, operations systems, and recruitment workflow is a must.
o Excellent understanding of current and emerging trends in technologies and industry activities in Oil & Gas Industry.
Education Level:
o Degree in Engineering or Science.
o Preferably with MBA degree.
Skills:
o Must be very assertive and should have persuasive skills.
o Complete sales skills set from in depth understanding of the industry, clients, competitors, and markets to screening prospects through technical evaluations, process recommendations, proposals, price negotiations, contract development, and effective negotiation.
o Must possess a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
o Skilled presenter with industry contacts.
o Should be proficient with sales systems, databases, or software and with good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
o Flexibility in terms of travel and time management.
o Demonstrated influence, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
o Driving experience is required and must possess driving license.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving Sales (50%)
o Drive sales target aggressively to cover the upstream and downstream market in India.
o Determine sales priority based on sales history relating to the clients and requirement complexity.
o Discussed with Operation team on delivery strategy.
o Conducting Sales Presentation and preparation of presentations and Service Brochures.
o Negotiation with clients on pricing and packaging.
o Develop various sales techniques and coaching of the subordinates.
Marketing Strategy (30%)
o Develop market intelligence with the research team.
o To work on emerging strategy of growth.
o To conduct opportunity analysis.
o Manage all contractual documents and quotations with a good understanding of legalities and regulations.
o Adept in advertising and publicity to attract both clients and candidates.
Recruitment Operations (20%)
o Effective distribution of assignments to the team of recruitment consultants both India and Philippines- based.
o Careful yet urgent assessment of job requirements.
o On time delivery and service to clients.
o Travelling across India or Overseas.
DECISION MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Able to work on the required budget of the recruitment, sales team and marketing activities.
o To analyse and determine the qualification of the leads and further development.
o Determine the future requirement of the sales team and identifying the right sales candidates.
o Determine the future requirement of the recruitment team and evaluating the suitable consultants to source for candidates.
o Able to draw out decisions with minimal supervision but with valuable updates to the Management.
