Ballot Jam : A youth-oriented musical concert and dance show

A youth-oriented musical concert and dance show 'Ballot Jam' on 6th April, 2014 (Sunday) at 3pm and will continue till 10pm at Meihoupliam Lampak, Wangkhei, Imphal.
''Ballot Jam" is a music concert along with a dance show to spread Voting Rights awareness among the youth of the region. It is being organised by the Youth Street News in partnership with The Wishess, a rock band. Supported by "The 3 Strings'', "Idyllics", "Argos", "Pumpkin Crew" , Manipur Photography Society and Lizard Library, Meihoupliam Lampak, Wangkhei, among others.
Youth Street News (YSN) being started in 30th June, 2012, brings about a common ground for youth in this era of complexity. Be it technology, biodiversity or the geometry of life, Youth Street News has always provided the platform for youth to contribute to the society and its upbringing with the environmental factors being considered. YSN lias been actively concentrating on youth-based programmes by being their media partner and their media coverage such as the recently concluded "Global Youth Meets 2014 India, Manfete-2014, Worldwide Save Loktak Lake Campaign, Save Sangai Campaign, Enviro Youth Summit sequences and recently "Youth Holi Festive Event 2014"and many others over the past year. This lias brought about mainstream exposure for such striving projects which have influenced the act of the responsible youth.
Staying true its roots, YSN now will like to contribute, further by initiating this amazing music presentation along with dance show called "Ballot Jam" that will wake the senses of the youth in regards to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and therefore, change the face of this political Olympics. The event is organised in association with vouth band "The Wishess".
