BJP Manipur observed 98th Birth Anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya

As a nation-wide programme, BJP, Manipur Pradesh observed the 98th Birth Anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, today the, 25th Sept. 2013 at 8:30 AM at State Party Head Office, Imphal with Shri Th. Chaoba Singh, State President, BJP, Manipur in the Chair. Pandit jee was born on this day in the year 1916 at Nagla Chandraban Village, Mathura District, UP. Around 120 party leaders, workers and sympathizers from District & Mandal level participated in the said ceremony.
Shri M. Asnikumar Kumar, Gen. Secretary (Adm), BJP, Manipur, in his welcome and Keynote speech elaborate about the life of Pandit jee, He states that Pandit jee was a prominent leader of Jan Sangh, and he has the highest standard of personal integrity. He has been the source of ideological guidance and moral inspiration for the BJP since inception. His treatise on "Integral Humanism" is a critique of both communism and capitalism, advocating a holistic alternative perspective for political action. Shri S. Premananda Sharma, Gen. Secretary (Org), BJP, Manipur Pradesh, Smt. A. Sarda Devi, National Executive Member, Mahila Morcha, BJP, Shri S. Tikendra Singh, State Core Committee Member, Shri M. Bhorot Singh (Ex-MLA), State Core Committee Member were amongst the talker in the said ceremony. In the presidential speech, Shri Th. Chaoba Singh, State President brief about Pandit jee, his ideology & sacrificed for the formation of a strong political party in the country, a corruption free & good governance. Lastly Shri N. Nimbus Singh, Secretary, BJP, Manipur Pradesh gave his vote of thanks.
