- Part 2 -

Symptoms:-
1. Lawlessness:- It is natural to do ransom, looting, corruption, cheating for the survival. No job to work, no skill to work, no food to eat by more then 50% of the population. It is a very serious.
2. Lost State of Mind:- Peoples mind are not free to think and always ever tension; therefore, misunderstanding, angry some, lack of cooperation and lack of coordination is happening and it is a natural law.
3. Youths aggressiveness:- youths are aggressive and inexperience of life. Confused youths are very easy to misguide if they lost vision, hope and aspiration.
4. Generation gaps:- Only a few families maintain discipline. In majority, Children ignored parents' advice. Advising parents by their Children has becoming fashion. Cheating to their respective parents is common; parents are knowingly and unknowingly or by love accept it. Parents should learn more or seek advice from others equally with the growing knowledge of children. Otherwise loving children may be harmful to the family and society as well.
5. Duty and Responsibility:- People are very aware of Rights then Responsibility and Duty.
6. Insecurity of ethnic groups:- Small ethnic groups are filling isolate, weak, intolerance, fear of identity crisis etc. when the justice is not available at right time. For example, some kuki tribes recognized by the State Government have lost their identity and assimilated to Naga after Naga-Kuki clashes.
Reasons for Hope.
Despite of various problems, our people can live together. Our people are noble, hard working, grateful, talented, merciful, gracious, courageous, tactful and skillful. We can sustain without the help of others. We have a vibrant culture and our sporting spirits are known everywhere. Any individual(s) can do anything great.
Kukis are courageous, hard working and honest; Kabuis are intelligent, diplomatic and hardworking; Tangkhul are grateful, intelligent, and hardworking; Meitei are noble, merciful, gracious, tactful and skillful.
Manipur has created many new ideas. Manipur is a miniature India. Any experiment can be done here if you wanted to rule India and rest of the world. We have born many talented Leaders, Scholars, Scientists, Doctors and Engineers etc.
We can specialize in the production of organic horticulture products, Spices, medicinal plants, bio diesel plants, animal and fishery farms, tourism etc. Our water is pollution free. We can be rich by selling water and Mini hydro power generation. Our handloom and handicraft is world famous. Small scale household units, industrial assembling units, BPOs are suitable for employment generation.
Our police commandos are one of the best in India (performance, skills, techniques, swiftness, situation control etc.) Risk, field experiences and duration of duty of our commandos are more then that of elite national guards. To live and death, day and night they are serving at the risk of life, they have the family too; did you ever ask the salary, parks and DAs/TAs and political pressures of our commandos? NSG commandos (constable to NCOs) are getting salary of Rs 15,000 to Rs. 45,000 with better parks.
Who told you Manipuri politicians can not be Prime Minister and President of India? Everybody loves Manipuri. World love you. Shri Somnath Chatterjee, the then Speaker of the 14th Lok Sabha, was favoring North East MPs to raise questions & answers, debates and time duration in the Parliament.
Create your leader if you think that you have no good leader and trust him with a vision of wider scope and horizon. Assam and Meghalaya has created many national leaders. Now, Arunachal has many young national leaders. Why should not we? Mr. S.C. Jamir, the then chief Minister of Nagaland is a shrewd politician of national spite. His administrative system is quite impressive.
Once you met him then your problem is solved. You do not require meeting Chief Minister again for the same purposes. His PRO media is media man; he studies the pulse of the public and informs the chief Minister in right time and right place. That is why he was honorary appointed governor after political retirement.
Our Chief Minister Shri O. Ibobi Singh has scored five points in New Delhi. He is the simplest Chief Minister of India. He is a good friend of Dr. Manmohan Singh, PM of India. He is the hero of Manipur causes (weight lifter Miss Monika Devi doping case).
He is one of the experience and tactful politician in India (Shri O. Ibobi Singh roles to save UPA Government in the centre). His government took the risk of law and order by removing AFSP Act. from greater Imphal area for people wishes. If he has a vision of becoming national political leader then we do not mind giving him excellent mark.
Dr. Th. Meinya, MP 13th Lok Sabha has a long vision of becoming national political leader. He is the third best parliamentarian (2nd & 3rd scored the same 96 points) in the 14 Lok Sabha attendance record. His role of being an ambassador of Manipur State is brilliant.
His question & answer debates on Manipur territorial integrity is excellent. His Local Area Development Fund utilization is averagely good. His exposures on national electronic media, print media, government officials, national and international discussion, conferences, seminars etc. are outstanding, best among north eastern MPs.
He is available any time in any issue of Manipur. But he does not write unreasonably or in favor of individual(s). We wish he will come back to Delhi and make a difference in the 15th Lok Sabha.
We witnessed many good politicians from Manipur but not return at New Delhi. Accept it; they are our leaders, best ever found after many years but destroyed them in the middle meaninglessly for some individual(s) interest. Support your leader, change your mindset; co-operate and advise him; prise him when he did something new and good; resolved your differences in the election.
Even the God is listening when you speak from your heart honestly and sincerely. (Author's mind is very clear and balances while writing the article. People have the rights to judge, criticize and give a different view.)
W. Angou Singh, Ex. Rajya Sabha MP is known for his writing and communication skill. He wrote thousands of letters in a year to various Ministries, government of India for the causes of Manipur and North East. His debate in the parliament on North East issues is outstanding. His writing and debates are recorded in the parliament and his writing never lost in vain. But he did not return to Delhi. He has been destroyed.
Sri Holkhomang Haokip is one of our Ex. MP (Outer), best participated in parliamentary questions and answers for the causes of north east and schedule cast and schedule tribes of India. Unlike others, he is the MP of entire India. He wrote letters to various ministries for the people from south to north India, north East and entire people of Manipur and NGOs. Unfortunately, he did not return to Delhi.
Shri Thounaojam Chaoba Singh, former Union Minister of State is a man of difference. He is tactful, good communicator, good political fighter. Manipur sometimes needs men like (late) I. Tompok Singh and Th. Chouba Singh. They are able contemporary politicians.
During his short term of Union Minister, Th. Chaoba initiated to developed food processing units and sports infra structures in North east. Manipur cultural programmes are specially invited by him in many national programmes. But he did not return to Delhi.
Now, the world is progressing and changes; people does not like any act of terrorism, extremism and separatism. India does not like any act which affects on the territorial integrity of the India as Manipuris wishes the territorial integrity of Manipur.
Our people like changes; people can not wait for tomorrow; Manipur should no longer be a collection of individual(s), ethnic groups. We therefore, need to change the mind set and direction, today. The idea of separatism will be disappear gradually only when we can represent India in every department and global awareness.
We hope Manipuris can do it because our people have the fighting spirits, dominating instinct, aggressiveness etc. Forget about your communal ideas of Meitei, Nagas, Kukis, Pangal and the rest of world. They are not our enemies.
We have to fight our real enemies like Health, Ignorance, Poverty and unemployment. Therefore, Manipur in particular has to deal with multiple crises, rising unemployment problems, administrative reforms, law and order, infrastructure, global awareness on leadership, financial literacy, social literacy, Information and communication technology and mounting expectation from the people.
