Police preparing a barricade against the Meira Paibis - Women Torch Bearers all over Imphal Manipur who organized a Rally against Drug and Alcoholism on June 15 2005. The rally was organized by United Women Association against Drug abuse and alcoholism.
Drug use amongst youngsters are rampant in Manipur.
