Meira Paibis at Kwakeithel - Women Torch Bearers all over Imphal Manipur organized a Rally against Drug and Alcoholism. The rally was organized by United Women Association against Drug abuse and alcoholism on June 15 2005 .
Drug use amongst youngsters are rampant in Manipur.
