Imphal, May 28: Riding on a hurricane knock of 69 off 39 balls from man of the match Tomba, Model club defeated YCB by six wickets in a league tie of the 13th IDCA league cum knockout cricket tournament at THAU ground today.

Chasing YCB's total of 177 for eight in the 35 overs game, Model lost only four batsmen to overall the target in 22.2 overs.

WCA, Yengkhom leirak and FCA, Kshetrigao will play tomorrow.

In yesterday's match of the league tourney, YWC, Langthabal scripted a comfortable 70 runs victory over PCC, Mayaikoibi.
