Bishnupur 1st Divn League : Loktak FC thrash RFCC 4-1 as LFC hold Raising Club

Imphal, September 16 2025: Loktak FC, Loktak Project notched up a 4-1 win against RFCC, Keinou as Little Flower Club, Ngaikhong Khunou rallied back to hold Raising Club, Ngaikhong Khullen to a 1-1 draw in the ongoing 1st Yumnam Manao Memorial 1 st Division Football League 2025 at Mini Stadium, Bishnupur today.

In the Group B opening match, Raising Club, Ngaikhong Khullen enjoyed a slender 1-0 first half lead thanks to L Jenison's 15th minute strike but Litter Flower Club, Ngaikhong Khunou drew level after 77 minutes through Rakesh.

The two sides fought hard to find the winner in the remainder of the game but their efforts did not yield result and eventually the two sides ended up sharing a point apiece.

Later in the second Group B match, Loktak FC produced a dominating performance to romp to a 4-1 win over RFCC.

RFCC drew first blood when H Rock found the back of the Loktak FC net in the 31st minute but the lead did not last long as Serto Great Boy scored the equaliser within three minutes.

After settling the first half in a 1-1 draw, Kh Lanchingpu overturned the lead in favour of LoktaK FC with a brilliant goal in the 56th minute before T Moses Kom further extended the lead to 3-1 after 65 minutes.

Loktak FC continued to press their rivals despite the two goal advantage and took the 4-1 lead through T Jenish in the 77th minute.

RFCC however upped their ante to deny further goal from Loktak FC while trying their best to reduce the margin in the later part of the game.

As RFCC efforts proved blunt, Loktak FC walked away with the 4-1 win.
