Imphal, June 14: Two goals from Th Arunkumar on either side of the half against ATVFA, thangmeiband ensured Ching-Tam, Shangak-pham's easy passage to the semi finals of the 9th Challenge Cup Veteran Football Tournament at Mapal Kangjeibung today.

The first match of the quarter final round being played on knock-out basis began with Arunkumar striking the Ching-tam opener off a Roland Sitlhou cross near the half hour mark.

Arunkumar sealed the match in the 56th minute drilling home a low pile-driver.

Arunkumar was adjudged man of the match.

The second quarter final tomorrow will feature PHAM, Yaiskul and Mary Kom VFA, Langol.
