Imphal, August 24: Y Elizabeth and T Brojendro were respectively crowned the ladies and men's champions of the 4th Governor Dave Trophy Tournament at Officers' Club tennis court today.

In the ladies final, Elizabeth came from a set down to defeat S Sonia 5-7, 6-4, 6-3, while in the men's final Brojendro overwhelmed Y Leleenje 6-3, 6-2.The final matches were held with Commissioner (DIPR) H Devshekhar Sharma and president of Manipur Tennis Association Dr M Lala as the chief guest and president respectively.
