Imphal, May 06 2009: As the the 5th Inter Sawombung Invitation Football Tournament, 2009 organised by the Sawombung Students' Club, Sawombung, concluded today, Super Star XI, Sawombung has clinched the winner's trophy after edfeating its opponent SFA, Sawombung in the final match today.

Super Star XI beat SFA 6-3 in the final match.

L Noren of Super Star XI scored four goals against SFA in the 8th, 28th, 32nd and 46th minute of the match while his teammates, Mahesh Rai and K Devanta scored one goal each in the 37th and 75th minutes respectively.

On the other hand, G Maizinglung, K Bidyananda and S Ruby of SFA scored one goal each against Super Star XI in the 21st, 72nd and 77th minute of the match.

K Bikramjit of Super Star XI was issued a yellow card by the centre referee in the 44th minute of the match for his unsporting behaviour during the match.

Super Star XI was honoured with a cash prize of Rs 5,000 along with the winner's running trophy.

Meanwhile SFA was also honoured with a cash prize of Rs 3,000 along with the runners up's running trophy.

Yengkhom Ibochou of SFA clinched the title of best goalkeeper which consist of a cash prizeof Rs 300 with trophy.

Best player's award went to G Maizinglung of SFA.

He was also awarded a cash prize of Rs 300 along with a trophy.

L Noren of Super Star XI won the top scorer's award which consict of Rs 300 with a trophy.

INF, Pourabi won the fair play team's award which consist of Rs 300 along with a trophy.
