Imphal, May 03: CBVT, Chingoi Baruni advanced to the final of the 1st Kh Chandrasing memorial invitation veteran football tournament with a 12-11 victory via the tie-breaker against NEVFA, Khurai at NESU ground, Porompat today.

After a goalless draw in normal period of the first semi final, the tie-break consisting of 11 attempts each also remained at par on seven each.

CBVT finally emerged winners in sudden death netting one more NEVFA as the last attempt of the latter's Kh Bhogen was thwarted by the CBVT custodian.
