Imphal, December 17: Manipur Secretariat Civil Services duo of L Kumar Singh and Ch Premananda Roy defeated Kerala Secretariat pair Ravi Shankar and Stephen 15-12, 15-9 to wrest the veteran doubles title in the All India Civil Services Badminton Championship held at Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy indoor Stadium, Hyderabad from November 30 till December 4, informed a GAD release.
