Imphal, September 28: Manipur whacked Kerala by half a dozen goals without reply to record its second consecutive victory in the 13th Sub Junior Boys National Hockey Championship being played at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Goals from P Santosh (17th, 39th), Ksh Wangamba (35th, 50th), K Deveswor (36th) and Kh Kothajit (57th) in the drubbing of the southern State put Manipur in a strong position in its group.

Manipur had defeated Haryana in its campaign opener on September 26 and will face Tamil Nadu on September 30.
