Bikom wrecks FCA in IDCA tie

Imphal, May 25: A Bikom's four wicket for 23 runs in seven over fetched him man of the match and helped WCA, Yengkhom Leirak defeat FCA, Kshetrigao by 37 in a low scoring tie at the 13th IDCA league cum knockout (cricket) tournament at THAU ground today.

despite being restricted to 195 all out in 28.1 overs in the 35 over game, WCA bowlers led by Bikom scuttled out the rival batsmen with two overs to spare for only 158 runs on board.

None of the batsmen on either side managed to reach the half century mark with highest run getter being a blistering knock of 48 off 27 balls by WCA opener Anil RK.

Blue Hawk will face YWC tomorrow.
