Imphal, January 21: With All India Football Federation and Sports Authority of India giving the green signal for holding the second edition of the Dr T Ao Doner Football tournament at Imphal from March 15 tournament sub-committees have been formed today.

While a press statement of Executive Director (Teams) SAI Dr MP Ganesh confirmed the approval of AIFF and SAI for conduct of the tournament where facilities like free accommodation and playing kits would be provided to the participants, representatives of Border Security Force, Central Reserved Police Force and other para-military force would also be in-, eluded in the organizing committee to enable them pick promising and talented footballers.

The organizing committee also held a meeting attended by concerned officials besides representative of Development of North East Region Ministry also attended the meeting that appointed SAI NERC Director-in-charge L Tiken as the secretary while tournament technical committee chairman will be A Santoshkumar (AMFA president).

AMFA secretary A Borchand has been nominated as the committee convenor.
