Imphal, February 22: TRAU romped home by seven wickets in today�s match of the 1st MCA Limited Overs Cash Prize Tournament against Model Club at THAU ground.

Opting to bat first proved disastrous for Model Club as all its batsmen were bowled out in the 29th over for only 136 runs which was comfortably overhauled by the TRAU batsmen for the loss of three wickets.

Amitra, who remained not out on 52 from 60 balls and claimed two wickets was adjudged man of the match.

Earlier, Mathew accounted for four Model Club wickets with Surjit and Amitra taking two each.

Re-Y-star and Blue Hawk will play tomorrow.
