Imphal, May 17: SAI-A maintained its position at the top of the medal tally with eight gold, four silver and four bronze medals in the 2nd Governor's Cup Fencing championship.

Meeshikholl was placed second with five gold, five silver and 11 bronze medals.

Senior men epee: Gold - A Sanatomba (SAI-A), silver - S Jayenta (Meeshikhol), bronze - A Shaolin (SAI-B), A Reshikesh (OL-A).

Sub-jr girls foil: Gold- G Romola (SAI-A), silver - S Omita (SAI-A), bronze - M Samalkshmi (Meeshikhol), H Monica (Meeshikhol).

Junior girls sabre : Gold - N Harina (Meeshikhol), silver - Th Diana (Meeshikhol), bronze - S Tejimala (SAI-A), O Omi (SAI-A).

Cadet boys epee: Gold- L.Sanatomba (SAI-A), silver - N Ranjan (SAI-A), bronze - H Chandramani (SAI-B), W Hemanta (Meethasca).

Junior boys sabre :- Gold - N Salik (SAI-RC)A, silver - A Rupachandra (Meeshikhol), bronze -I Surendro (SAI-A), Y Prem (Meeshikhol).
