Imphal, October 07: With comprehensive victories over the two other teams in the fray, IEDFA won the 9th U-19 Girls Inter-District Football League Tournament 2008 .

In the last league match of the tournament at RAU ground Lamlong today, Imphal East girls whipped DSA Bishnupur 4-0 . Early in the 6th minute, Ng Bala opened the winners' gaol account in the sixth minute.

T Nungshitombi consolidated the lead in the 46th minute before P Bijeta added another six minutes later.

Ng Bala sealed the match with a 70th minute strike.

AMFA president A Santoshkumar graced the closing function of the tournament as chief guest.
