Imphal, Aug 19: The Department of Posts, Government of India would launch One India One Rate Speed Post on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Speed Post Service on August 21.Under the scheme, Speed Post articles upto 50 grams irrespective of the distance can be sent for Rs 25.This is inclusive of Service Tax and Education Cess.
