Imphal, January 13:
In pursuance of their demand, the Chandel Contractors' Association, Anal Naga Students' Union, People's Grievances Forum, Chiefs' Association and CNPO Chandel have banned all the Government offices and vehicles plying in the Chandel district with effect from tomorrow, said a press release issued by the Contractors' Association.
