The Kabrabam (o) Sagolsem Taruni Library of Knowledge (KOSTLOK) was inaugurated today at Sagolband Mabudhou Mantri Leikai.
The inaugural function was graced by Chief Librarian of Manipur State Central Library, H Debendra, Thokchom Chandra (writer) and president of KLAM Sanahongba Mangang and president of SYPO club Ch Chaoba as chief guest, president and guests of honours respectively.
