Imphal, December 17: The inaugural of the 3-day Women Peace Training Camp organised by Manipur Shanti Sena under the sponsorship of NEC and Dept of Science and Technology, Govt of Manipur was held at Kachikhul, lamshang with social worker Amrik Singh Pahwa as chief guest and Sanasam Birendra as functional president.

In his brief speech, Amrik Singh emphasised that women society play a leading role and take initiative towards bringing peace and prosperity in Manipur through communal amity amongst various communities, said a statement.
