Imphal, October 30 2008: In suspected case of drug overdose, a 42-year old woman was found dead at North AOC area here this afternoon.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as Bandana Chetri (42) w/o Johnson of Kanglatongbi.

On the other hand, a 68-year old man who was brought and admitted to the Chingmeirong TB Hospital by a woman on October 26 passed away the following the day but the woman fled.

The deceased man has been identified as Thounaojam Jugol (68) s/o late Jugin of Kangpokpi near Oil Pump.

According to police, the identity of the woman who brought the man and admitted to the TB Hospital could not be confirmed.
