Imphal, August 30: Pointing to various demerits of students coming out to streets for donation drive for Teachers' Day celebration, the KSO Churachandpur district has called upon all students, parents and authorities of all academic institutions to keep a strict vigilance over their children and students and to keep them under control.

Saying that it will mount a close vigil over students and academic institutions, the organisation cautioned that any student breaking school rules will be called for explanation.
