Imphal, September 28: Eviction drive against all unauthorised occupants from and taking possession of 64 numbers of Government quarters located at Langol Housing Complex, National Games Village, Lamphelpat, DM College campus and Majorkhul will be carried out from October 1 , said a notification issued by the SDC, Imphal West (Central).

It also reminded of the orders of eviction issued on August 30 to each of the unauthorised occupants along with proclamation of the orders in/near the areas where the involved Government quarters are located for vacating the quarters under their respective unauthorised occupation on September 4.The notification is issued as per the proceedings of the meeting held on September 26 at Imphal West Deputy Commissioner's office, Lamphelpat under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, it added.
