Imphal, Jul 28:
Noting that DI (ZEO) Senapati, Salung Thomas is a dedicated educationist and has no known unwanted record in his long career, the Maram Students' Union (MKS) has condemned the attempt to kidnap the officer on July 24 by NSCN (K) cadres, said a press release issued by MKS.
Further it termed the incident as an act of cowardice and violence.
On the other hand, it conveyed its gratitude to the police for their efforts to rescue the officer.
