Imphal, April 22: A combined team of Imphal East Police Commandos and 19 AR personnel posted at Yaingangpokpi arrested one PREPAK activist during search operation conducted at Gwaltabi Bazar at around 6.30 am yesterday.

The arrested activist has been identified as Ashangbam Govin alias Meina Singh (20) s/o A Ibotombi of Gwaltabi.

On preliminary interrogation, Govin disclosed that his army no.is 1280415, according to a statement issued by SP of Imphal East L Kailun today.
