Imphal, May 15:
While extending its support to the decision of DESAM to launch intense agitation with effect from May 16 to protest the conduct of the Government in connection with the May 9 Toubul incident, All Private Schools Welfare Association (APSWA), Thoubal District has appealed against taking up any agitation which might affect the academic atmosphere students.
Just like the essential services, educational institutions should also be exempted from the purview of any agitation to be launched, Association secretary L Subha Singh said in a statement.
