Imphal, January 15:
The skeletal remains of a male body found yesterday at a place 200 metres above Matai Chidon Khamran under Sekmai police station was retrieved by police and deposited at RIMS mortuary today.
A white coloured worn out and muddied kurta and pyjama was found covering the skeleton.
A pair of canvas shoes, a pair of white coloured socks were also recovered from the site in addition to a brass ring embedded with gem stone.
The thigh bone is 38 inches in length while the shin bone is 18 inches long.
