Imphal, October 14 2011: A two- day national symposium on "Recent Advancement in Bio Technology" began today at the DM College of Science, Imphal.

Department of Bio-technology Institutional Biotech Hub in association with Zoology Department of DM College of Science organised the symposium under the sponsorship of Ministry of Science and Technology.

VC, Manipur University Professor H Nandakumar and Principal DM College of Science Dr P Ranbir graced the inaugural function as Chief Guest and President respectively.

Former Vice Chancellor, Manipur University, Professor N Tombi and Coordinator, IBTHUB Dr O Sashikumar also attended the function as Guests of Honour.
