Imphal, December 08 2010: Imphal East Police Commandos on Monday apprehended three cadres of KCP (MC) from a place near Kusum Oil Pump.

The arrested cadres were identified as Laishram Dhiren (27) s/o L Shyambondu of Khangabok Bazar Part III, Salam Geeta (30), d/o late S Nongthomba of Laphupat Tera Khunou and Md Abdul Wahid Khan @ Awas (20) s/o late Md Abdul Khalique of Kwakta Terakhong Ward number II .

On verification they disclosed that they were involved in extorting money from public, government officials and businessmen.

They were working under the command of Nando of Khangabok Part III of KCP (MC) Malemnganba group.
