Imphal, February 17: Dr N Irabanta Singh, professor in Life Science Department, Manipur University has been appointed as the zonal president (eastern) of India Phytopathological Society during the 58th annual meeting of the Society held at North Bengal University, Siliguri from January 31 to February 2.All the research scholars working under Prof Irabanta have congratulated him on having elevated to the coveted post.
