Imphal, October 03: The Ukhrul District SEGP Beneficiaries Union has condemned the indifferent attitude of the Govt for leaving out Ukhrul district from the beneficiaries list of first phase SEGP distributed yesterday by the Chief Minister.

In a representation submitted to the Chief Secretary, the Union stated that despite submission of complete necessary documents, not a single beneficiary from Ukhrul was included on the launching day of SEGP.
