Imphal, May 26: A one-day medical camp cum HIV/AIDS prevention of Parents to Child Transmission (PP-TCT) awareness programme was held at Nungnang village community hall in Nungba sub-division, Tamenglong district yesterday.

The camp was sponsored by the Action for Welfare and Awakening in Rural Environment (AWARE), Many villagers including elders and youths attended the camp.

The villagers and Luangrang (Nungnang) Village Authority have expressed their gratitude to Health Minister Gaikhangam, Director of Health Services, Dr Z Kamei (resource person) and staff of AWARE for their support and co-operation in successful conduct of the camp.
