Under its military civic action programme the 22nd Assam Rifles under the aegis of 59 Mountain Brigade conducted a medical cum Dental camp in Laii village in Senapati district.
A team consisting of Medical Officer of 22 AR and Dental Officer from Army along with paramedic staff conducted the medical camp.
Eight local girls who had undergone training in First Aid and Basic Nursing at the Unit Hospital of 22 Assam Rifles ably assisted the medical staff in the camp.
In all, 732 patients consisting of 184 males, 263 females and 285 children were treated for medical and dental problems, said a PIB (DW) release.
