Imphal, Jun 22: A two-day seminar on the theme of 'Historical evaluation of Puya Meithaba' has been inaugurated from today at the lecture hall of History Department of Manipur University.

Dean of School of Humanities, Manipur University Prof Devraj and Dean of Students Welfare of the University Prof W Nabakumar Singh attended the inaugural function as chief guest and president respectively.

The seminar is being organised under the aegis of Centre for Manipuri Studies, Manipur University.
