Imphal, September 19: All Zeliangrong Students' Union ( Assam, Manipur ad Nagaland) would be organising a felicitation programme in honour of the successful civil service candidates under the Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) and other outstanding achievers on September 23 at 12 noon at Majorkhul Community Hall, Imphal.

MPCC (I) president of Gaikhangam, MLA Khangthuanang Panmei and Vice Chairman of Hill Area Committee (HAC) will grace the function.
