Imphal, January 16:
Troops of 32 Assam Rifles and Police personnel reportedly arrested one KCP cadre identified as SS Cpl Netaji alias Gandhi (25) s/o late Veera Singh of Moreh ward no.7 during search operation launched in the general area of ward no.7 at Moreh today.
The arrested individual has been handed over to Imphal Police Station later during the day, according to PRO HQ IGAR (S).
